The following guidelines are provided for the use of materials, such as images, screen shots, content, artwork, code, and text; and for the use of certain trademarked materials, such as logos, marks, and icons. These materials are owned by Steven J Convery. For the use of such materials within r=the Steven Convery Network (stevenjconvery.com, stevenconvery.com, stevenconvery.net, stevenjconvery.com), you must first agree to the following license terms:

  1. The materials available for download on this site are subject to these guidelines and Terms of Use (www.stevenjconvery.com/info/termsofuse.php), as well as any specific guidelines contained herein. If you download any materials from this site, you agree to be bound by these license terms as well as the specific guidelines related to the materials you wish to download.
  2. You may not sell, alter, modify, license, sublicense, copy, or use the materials in any way other than has been specifically authorized by Steven J Convery in the permissions and trademark guidelines described herein.

STEVEN J CONVERY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, STATUTORY, OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES RELATING TO THESE MATERIALS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE CONCERNING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF ANY THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS REGARDING THE MATERIALS.

Use of images

Any digital images, photographs, screen shots or other artistic work (collectively "images") delivered with any Steven Convery Network web site may not be used outside of and/or linked to a non Steven Convery Network web site. Permission must be given for uses outside of the above mentioned and Terms of Use (www.stevenjconvery.com/info/termsofuse.php).

Under no circumstances will Steven J Convery license the reproduction, distribution, or modification of any third-party images displayed on a Steven Convery Network web site. Steven J Convery cannot give permission for use of any third-party content (artwork) that may be contained within an Steven J Convery screen shot.

You may not use a screen shot of any Steven Convery Network web site (stevenjconvery.com, stevenconvery.com, stevenconvery.net, and stevenjconvery.net), in advertising, on documentation, printed form, in motion , movie, or on web sites, without prior written consent from Steven J Convery.

Use of material displayed on Steven Convery Network Web Sites

All uses of material displayed on stevenjconvery.com, stevenconvery.com, stevenconvery.net, and stevenjconvery.net are governed by the terms and conditions contained therein. Linking to Steven J Convery's web site

If you would like to provide a link from your web site to an Steven Convery Network web page (for example, "www.stevenjconvery.com"), you may only use a textual URL as appropriate. You may not use the Steven Convery Network button or any other Steven J Convery logo or graphic to link to www.stevenjconvery.com, or any other Steven Convery Network web page.

Permission

For permission to use any digital images, photographs, screen shots, code, content, or other artistic work outside of the Steven Convery Network you must have written permission from Steven J Convery mailed to you. Please first contact Steven J Convery via the Information Request form (www.stevenjconvery.com/info/information-request.php) and allow time for your request to be processed.

Once you have written consent you may use the items mentioned within your letter provided you adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Your use may not be obscene or pornographic, and may not be disparaging, defamatory, or libelous to Steven J Convery, Steven Convery Network, any of its products, web sites, or any other person or entity.
  2. Your use may not directly or indirectly imply Steven J Convery sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement of your product or service.
  3. You may not use the screen shot in a comparative advertisement.
  4. You may not alter the screen shot in any way except to resize the screen shot. Your use must contain the entire screen shot. You may not use portions of the screen shots and or images, and no portions of a screen shot may be included in your product user interface.
  5. You may not use screen shots from Steven Convery Network beta products or other products that have not been released by Steven J Convery.
  6. You may not use screen shots that contain third-party content.
  7. You must include the following copyright attribution statement: "used with permission from Steven J Convery."
  8. If your use includes references to an Steven J Convery product, the full name of the product must be referenced at the first and most prominent mention.
  9. Screen shots must be reproduced in their entirety.

General trademark guidelines

The following guidelines adhere to the use and reference of Steven J Convery and / or Steven Convery Network:

  1. You may not incorporate or include any Steven J Convery and/or Steven Convery Network trademark, logo, and icon in your company name, product or service name or domain name.
  2. Your product / company name may not be confusingly similar to any Steven J Convery or Steven Convery Network item.
  3. You may not use any Steven J Convery or Steven Convery Network on or in connection with any obscene or pornographic materials and your use of any mention of Steven J Convery or Steven Convery Network may not be disparaging, defamatory or libelous to Steven J Convery, Steven Convery Network, any of its products, web site, or any person or entity.
  4. You may not use Steven J Convery and / or Steven Convery Network in any manner that directly or indirectly expresses or implies Steven J Convery sponsorship, affiliation, certification, approval or endorsement in relation to your product or service or in such a manner that it appears that Steven J Convery is legally associated with your company.
  5. You may not use any Steven J Convery and / or Steven Convery Network, including web logos, trademarks, on or in connection with a web site that provides download links for a fee for any Steven J Convery product or service.
  6. You may not shorten or abbreviate any of the following in reference to Steven J Convery and /or Steven Convery Network.

Third-party developers of Steven J Convery and/or Steven Convery Network and extensions, contributors of Steven J Convery products may need to comply with additional guidelines.
All requests, Third-party developers of Steven J Convery and/or Steven Convery Network and extensions, contributors of Steven J Convery products included, require written permission and require to contact Steven J Convery the online form (www.stevenjconvery.com/info/information-request.php). Please allow time for your request to be processed.

Guidelines for third-party developers of Steven J Convery, Steven Convery Network and extensions, contributors of Steven J Convery products

If you are a developer of an Steven J Convery product, you must follow these additional guidelines:

  1. You may not incorporate or include Steven J Convery in your company name, product name, domain name, or in the name of your service.
  2. Your product name may not be confusingly similar to any of Steven J Convery and or Steven Convery Network.
  3. If you state that your product is or was created by or is part of Steven J Convery and / or Steven Convery Network, you must have written permission from Steven J Convery and follow and adhere to the Terms of Use and Permissions and Trademark Guidelines mentioned on this site to state this fact or similar fact.
  4. You must comply with the Terms of Use (www.stevenjconvery.com/info/termsofuse.php).

Unless you are licensed by Steven J Convery under a specific program or agreement, use of Steven J Convery and Steven Convery Network logos, text, etc. is not allowed. You may qualify for use of certain logos or mention under the programs offered through Partnering with, not including employment, Steven J Convery or joining the Steven Convery Network. If you are eligible for any of these programs, you will be notified that you are able to do so.
